Melissa Viljoen - Balancing

I believe your performance is determined by your balance between training and resting.

As I do a variety of sport (including athletics, netball and trail running), I realised that you have to manage your body effectively to perform at your best. Athletics does not only take a toll on your body, but on your mental health as well. I know the stress associated with compititions is always present. You need time to shake it off.

So train hard, relax enough and always dream big!
