At the 2007 All Africa Games in Algiers he won gold. Taking a look back at previous Commonwealth games he has a pretty good track record. In 2006 Melbourne he won silver in the 4 x 400m relay and walked away with the gold in the 400m hurdles with a time of 48.05 and in 2010 Delhi he took silver. At the 2011 World Champs in Daegu he entered into the competition with the 4 fastest times that year and took bronze in the hurdles and silver in the relay.
